Hello Chris, do you stock nduja paste, Genoa salami or oil-cured Calabrian hot peppers?

Nduja Paste: Yes, we do stock this!

Genoa Salami: We don't have Genoa specifically, but we do stock a very similar Barossa Salami. It is made with pork and has a great garlic flavor profile through it.

Calabrian Hot Peppers: Unfortunately, we don't stock these at the moment. However, as an alternative, we have oil-cured roasted small capsicums which have some lovely sweet and spicy characters that could work really well for you.
