Holy Goat, Sutton Grange
La Luna is the cheese that put Australian farmhouse goat’s cheese on the map. Ash-ripened, with a wrinkly rind and a centre that goes from chalky to oozy depending on age. We try to keep it in stock year-round at Hawthorn East.
Yarra Valley Dairy
The Persian Fetta is a crowd favourite for a reason — marinated in herbs and oil, it turns a simple salad into something special. Their cheddar is underrated too.
